Each month, a different speaker talks on topics related to Linux, Open-Source Software, etc. When we have no pre-arranged speaker, we do a round-table discussion of short topics/presentations; bring a show-and-tell!

Beginning Laser Cutting and Etching (13 Jun 2026)

In this three-day workshop, participants will learn to make precise cuts and intricate designs on our CamFive lasers. Get hands-on training with design software (Lightburn) and learn how to operate the laser for cutting and engraving different materials. Create your own project to take home. All materials and one-month membership to the Fort Collins Creator Hub (for new members only) are included in course fee.

We are pleased to offer our hugely popular summer camp once again. We’ve come up with many new and exciting projects that are creative, fun, and educational. Students will explore the world of STEM through engaging, hands-on projects!

The projects will include:

Laser cutting
Programming
Woodworking

June 15-19, 2025 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ages 11-14, $385 (10 students max)

A casual meetup for creatives, makers, and small business owners at the Creator Hub to connect, share ideas, and talk shop in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Open to anyone building creative projects, whether it’s laser work, handmade goods, art, Etsy shops, or other creative ventures. The goal is simply to create community, exchange knowledge, and support one another while building cool things.

Fundamentals of MIG Welding (12 Jul 2026)

Participants will learn the basics of MIG welding and fundamental concepts of metal fabrication. These skills are applied in making a small project that participants will take home. Make your own unique epoxy charcuterie board! Explore the entire process from purchasing wood, creating molds and learning about different types of epoxy. Pour your own epoxy and learn to demold, shape and sand to a finished product. Participants will be able to take their board home for years of enjoyment.
