Laser Cutter Training ft. Lightburn Software

Registration

  • Please register so that we know how many people to expect. Cancellation allowed up to 1 day in advance.

This class will teach you all you need to know to run our 80w laser cutter safely and effectively. No experience necessary! Because these classes are taking so much of our volunteers time we ask for a 5$ donation for the class. 

A few examples of what the laser cutter can do:

Cut: Wood, Acrylic, Paper, Leather, Felt, etc.

Etch: Wood, Acrylic, Leather, Felt, Anodized Aluminum, Ceramics dipped in glaze, Tile, Stone, etc.

You will also learn the new software we're implementing that will be able to run both of our lasers. This is a huge improvement as it is much more capable and user-friendly than our current software!
