  • Note: Registration closes 24 hours in advance of the class. Waitlist is enabled and will automatically add you to the class if a spot opens up!

    Cancellation allowed up to 24 hours in advance. Cancelling a paid registration will generate a credit. Refunds, if applicable, are managed by website administrators. Please contact info@fortcollinscreatorhub.org to request refund after cancellation.

Students will be introduced to the operation of the Creator Hub’s wood lathes and turning tools.   The instructor will cover the various techniques of mounting the wood blanks, tools use and finish sanding.  The small class size allows a high level of interaction between the students and instructor.   Replaceable tip carbide chisels will be used in this class.  All materials for the class will be provided.

NOTES:

1. Safety glasses and safety shield are required to use the lathe - bring your own or use ours.

2. This course is for current members only.  We plan to offer these classes to the public in the future.
