3D Printing for Beginners – $10.00

This two day class is intended for anyone excited about becoming familiar with 3D printing. It covers the process of 3D printing and gets you up and running with making your first 3D objects.

The class will take place in 2 two-hour sessions.

Day 1: Tuesday, Feb 13, 6:30pm-8:30pm

Day 2: Thursday, Feb 15, 6:30pm-8:30pm

Find out where to find existing print files and print them on our 3D printers.
Learn how to create your own designs and modify existing print files on programs like TinkerCad.
Learn tips on how to make your 3D prints cleaner, stronger, and use less material.
A 250g spool of metallic PLA filament is included with the class.

By the end of the course will not only have taken home several beautiful and useful prints, but also begun the process of becoming proficient at 3D printing on your own. A basic understanding of computer concepts will greatly contribute to your success in mastering this class.
