This introduction to machining class will cover basic safety and operation of our Bridgeport Milling machine. Covering topics such as work holding, measurement, indicators, speeds and feeds, milling, slotting, drilling and tapping, boring and fly cutting using a rotary table. Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes and no loose clothing or jewelry. A one-month membership to Fort Collins Creator Hub is included. Note: class meets at Fort Collins Creator Hub, 1304 Duff Dr.

Registration is being handled by the Fort Collins Recreator, and should open during the second half of December, 2024.
