one of the light banks by welding was off Friday afternoon and Saturday morning came on after half a hour why don't know the bank just south of the welding, isn't working after changing to LED bulbs, so took them out and tried some T8 that I found back where everything is stored. Not sure if they are good but they looked clean so assumed they were new.   But they didn't come on either, so they are still in.  Anyone who has knowledge of why they aren't working, if they ever did, what bulbs are new,  which are not, is there another switch, who wired them? I will leave it to the rest of you. For help.
