Mini: Printed a test print fine

Prusa: Rebuilt print head and replaced 5A fuse and also calibrated the Z-offset and the printer is working fine.

Taz 5: Leveled the bed corners after the Z-axis steppers were leveled with the bed (they were off by a few mm) .   The test print came out fine.

Taz 3: Printed a test print fine.
