Mini:
Printed a test print fine plus a larger job was printing fine when I left.
Mini #2:
Printed a test print fine but failed an ABS print due to the print not sticking. I adjusted the Z-offset from -1.37mm to 1.7mm to get the first layer bead to look more like the desired shape (flattened instead of round). I believe this was off since we got the printer. Sorry for the delay figuring out how to adjust this setting (silly me for thinking the auto-leveling took care of this). It now seems to match the first layer appearance of the other Mini.
Prusa:
Printed a PLA test print fine but also had a bed adhesion issue with ABS. I found that the Z-offset had changed since I rebuilt the head (it was around -2.? mm and I found it at -1.2). The ABS print was doing well after the change when I left. I also noticed that the Y-belt does not seem as tight as it should be and the machine makes a rubbing sound every now and then. Something to look into next week!
Taz 3:
Printed a test print fine.
Taz 5:
Found the X-axis carriage off level with the bed so I re-adjusted that. Also, I tried some tricks I found on the web to fix the Z-axis binding issue that the printer has been having. I leveled the bed and was able to print a 3 hour job fine.
