Mini:

Print head was all jammed up.  Took it apart and now it extrudes again.  First print looked sloppy after a few layers.  Ran some ABS through head and some cleaning filament and trying again.

Mini #2: 

Cleaned the rails and no more vibration noises.  Seems to print fine.

Prusa:   

Cleaned out jam and it prints nicely.

Taz 3:   

Rebuilt the print head and designed a fan for the Budaschnozzle to hopefully prevent future jams.  Make sure this new fan facing forward is spinning before printing.

Taz 5:   

Printed a large print fine.
