I updated the profiles for Slicer and Cura to make defaults the usual filament and quality.  I also updated the end G-code to retract the filament a few mm at the end of prints to reduce clogs from filament crystallizing in the nozzle.  The Taz 5 was already doing this while the other printers were not.
