    Mini (in cabinet): 10.1.10.190

Installed a new parts cooling fan as the old one would fail to start reliably.  Printed a test print fine and the fan now spins when needed.

    Mini #2: 10.1.10.52

    Printed a test print fine.

Prusa (outside cabinet with blue left Z-rod holder):   10.1.10.185

    Printed a few prints fine.

Prusa #2 (inside cabinet with orange left Z-rod holder):  10.1.10.167

Found that the thermister wires were shorted at head (which made an alarm sound when heating the head) and lots of black filament on heater block and print nozzle.  I fixed the shorted wires and cleaned up the mess.  I also installed a new blue silicon sock which was missing.  Hopefully, it will keep this problem from happening again.

I noticed that the X-min limit switch was not working and the printer ground to the left when starting up.  It turned out that the switch was fine but the head was not properly assembled.  I rerouted the wires for the stepper motor behind the fan (and flipped it) and cleaned up the zip tie in the back since it and the wires were blocking X min travel.  I also found that the end of the belt was hitting as well so I clipped that off.

After these changes the head now hits the limit switch and there is no more grinding at the start.  It required a new calibration as the zero for X is now farther to the left.  All seems well now as long as the thermister wires hang in there.

    Taz 3:   10.1.10.72

    Printed a test print fine.

    Taz 5:   10.1.10.168

Raised the Z-offset a little as the first layer was way too low.  Printed a few test prints fine.
