Printed a test print fine.  I have not changed the PTFE tube yet so if you want to change the filament, you need to do the trick below:

 Cut new filament at an angle and try rotating the edge 90 per try until it loads more than 10mm before clicking (that is after removing the previous filament).

Prusa #2 (inside cabinet with orange left Z-rod holder):  10.1.10.167 

Changed out PTFE tube so much easier to change filament.  Also, replaced the thermister which had exposed bare wires.  Had to adjust the bed sensor and recalibrate.  It now prints fine.
