printing medical PPE devices (masks, shields)?

There's a lot of activity on Twitter and Facebook about 3D-printing (or laser cutting, or sewing) protective masks and other equipment for hospitals. We should look into whether we can do anything like this. That would require, at a minimum, (1) contacting local hospitals, finding out what they need, having a contact person to deliver items to, (2) identifying the appropriate online design files (much of this is up on Github, but there is a lot of confusion about which designs are good), (3) finding FCCH people to do the printing/cutting/sewing, and (4) obtaining the materials. I have about 4 kg of 2.85 mm ABS filament I can donate.

There are a few people working on this. We've moved the discussion to our Slack channels.
