The knob to adjust the air assist pressure on the small LASER (CMA2416) seems to be jammed. Luckily it's at 15PSI so a reasonable value, but not so good if someone had a special case.
Stupid question: you did pull out on the knob to adjust it, right?
No, I didn't try that; it's never needed it before, on either cutter. Perhaps someone pushed it in and locked it recently or something?
Yes, that was the issue. It turns fine after I pulled it out.
